Women in recovery from trauma have a myriad of needs – some simple, others complex. Annie's Hope Center strives to meet our residents' varied needs.

 

  • 12-Step Programs (when appropriate)

  • Mental Health Counseling service 
    referred to trusted local providers

  • Yoga and meditation practices and classes 
    offered on a weekly basis

  • Outdoor activities offered on a weekly basis 

  • Healing Art Programming – series will be offered in various media over extended courses

  • Nutritional Counseling – regular intervals of classes and discussions

  • Financial COunseling for individuals and groups

  • Healing Touch Therapy tailored to each resident's needs

  • Spiritual Counseling – based on each resident’s beliefs

  • Parenting

  • Financial Literacy

  • Education/GED

  • Career Services and Counseling

  • Yoga/Group Exercise

  • Arts/Crafts

  • Gardening/Canning

  • Business Skills– through the production of lotions, soaps, elderberry juice and syrup, and harvesting of honey

  • Life Skills - cooking, baking, meal planning, healthy eating

  • Job Skills -  Par Les Femmes thrift store
