About

Annie's Hope

Center

Annie’s Hope Center for Growing and Healing located on a twenty-acre farm in the Piedmont region of North Carolina offers long-term residence to women and children survivors of domestic violence for at least one year. While residents of the Center, women will have access to our whole-person approach for healing from the trauma of abuse. Women will share the house with other survivors and learn how to become independent and successful for resuming a life free from violence.

Women will participate in a variety of social enterprises to earn a stipend for personal investment. Currently, these enterprises consist of gardening and a consignment and resale store. Women will also be eligible to receive assistance to obtain secondary education if desired. We also welcome pets to our home!

Anyone who is a survivor of domestic violence and who has made the firm decision to be free from a life of violence is encouraged to apply.

When the world says, “Give up,” hope says, “Try one more time!”
